Jumping Lunges x10
Mountain Climbers x20
Jump Squats x10
Keeping in mind you have no injuries, start out with 3 rounds, working your way up to 6 rounds. 1 round added each week.
30 second breather in between rounds. And do not stop between exercises! Hard work gets results!
