I offer effective personal training sessions in Central London tailored to your fitness needs. Local Parks are the favourite venues of many of my clients who tend to be from St Johns Wood, Maida Vale, Queens Park, Paddington Rec, Little Venice, The Regents Park, Warwick Avenue, Marylebone and Primrose Hill areas of Central London. My personal training isn’t the the same old workout. I make it interesting. The varied training I undergo myself and my constant education in the industry, keeps my personal training sessions varied and interesting.

Group & Personal Training

I am a personal trainer for individuals, couples or friends. Training with your partner or friends can be a lot of fun and time well spent together, it is also more cost effective and allows everyone to see the benefits of working closely with a trainer. Fitness Plans

From one off fixed routines to more complex 12 week progression plans. Exercise Routines designed according to your goals, whether that be to lower your body fat percentage, bulk up for sports like Rugby, increase your conditioning for MMA and combat sports, master certain calisthenic movements or just increase your general fitness! A food list is also provided to help you understand the nutrition side of fitness which is where many people get stuck!

Daytime Personal Trainer

Sessions at lunchtime for busy office workers in a central park near the office or when you have free time whilst working from home. Perhaps the kids are at school and you have some spare time, well come out and let my proven programs get you in shape, feeling good and looking good. Get ready for your holidays, a fitness orientated event or for that wedding dress! You can train with me in Primrose Hill, Regents Park, St Johns Wood, Maida Vale, Queens park, Paddington Rec, Hyde Park, Mayfair, Park Lane, Marylebone and surrounding areas. As your PT or personal trainer I help you to create and stick to a diet and workout plan which is often hard for everyone! Sticking to a diet is tough but I will help you stay motivated and self disciplined to keep to your diet plan. Remember its your plan and as a personal trainer I will make sure it is as interesting and as enjoyable as possible!

Everything i plan for you comes from years of experience and continued education in Functional Fitness and Nutrition. Calisthenics, Powerlifting, Crossfit,  Hand Balance, Athletics, you name it. I try to incorporate movement and exercise from many sources to create effective, varied and enjoyable training.
