I offer effective personal training sessions in Central London tailored to your fitness needs. Local Parks are the favourite venues of many of my clients who tend to be from St Johns Wood, Maida Vale, Queens Park, Paddington Rec, Little Venice, The Regents Park, Warwick Avenue, Marylebone and Primrose Hill areas of Central London. You will not be pushed over your limit with me as your PT, you will be pushed to succeed, and reach your fitness goals, working at a reasonable pace and kept motivated, therefore delivering results!
This is not a big company where you turn up to what you think is a Personal Training session but is actually 1 of 5 trainers whom you never get to create a proper relationship with, where profits are of deeper concern than giving clients variety in their training and actually achieving goals that have been set! Sessions are given the utmost attention to detail, I want to see you succeed, to see what your body is truly capable of and change your life forever!

If you want to (recommended) we can arrange a face to face meeting at a café to discuss your fitness goals. That way I can fully understand what it is you want to achieve so I can lay out a long term personal training plan to ensure your fitness training is effective. I specialise in fitting your personal fitness with your normal schedule and lifestyle.
Personal Training prices with a difference – Results with a fair price
Most fitness professionals give their clients the same thing to do every training session and then in two months time the client wonders why they look the same or have even gone in the opposite direction in terms of their goals. Therefore I provide the following:
- All training packages come with a food list to follow catered to your preferences and your goals if needed.
- Training will differ each session. This means that as your body adapts to what you are doing, you need to change it, mix things up and keep the intensity up so you continue to see results.
- I am fully dedicated in motivating you and make your training not only an enjoyable experience but an interesting , fun and a knowledgeable one too. At the end of each session you will walk away with the confidence to know how to train, how to eat and what works for you!
Once you have experienced training with me you can then choose what course of action you wish to take and I will plan for however many sessions ahead.
Session Packages are non-refundable 30 days after date of purchase and only sessions unused within this time can be refunded. The 10 session Packages must be used within 5-6 weeks (a minimum of 2 sessions a week to maintain consistency, one week given as injury/illness cancellations)
Sessions are transferable to a friend or family member!
Sessions are 45-60 Minutes long, up to 60 if specifically needed and dependant on goals.
