Winter Is Coming!
A lot of people neglect their training routine over the colder months and pick up in the spring to get ready for the summer. But what if I told you that this is just ridiculously stupid?!
All the hard work and progress you have made is then lost and next year you have to restart and do the same things all over again. If you keep training year round you will constantly evolve in terms of strength, fitness and aesthetics. You will get to a point where you don’t just look decent for that one summer holiday but you look amazing all year round! Train through the winter, look even better next summer, what’s not good about that!
Not to mention, the winter is full of physical activities such as skiing and snowboard trips! Get in shape, get strong so you can spend longer out on the slopes and not sore the next day!
