My Personal Progression

I felt the need to show everyone how you need to start somewhere and the outcome is progression. you can only go further if you are committed and show consistency.

My muscle ups used to be extremely laboured and have very little control.

Now they are strict and i have control over the movement, coming down at a safe pace, locking out and exploding back up with straight legs and pure upper body strength.

My Handstand Holds, which were once non existent a month ago, now, although no where near perfect, looking more and more like this, where i can hold the position for a few seconds.

Moral of the story, never give up, train hard, eat right, sleep right and be consistent!
