A personal trainer is essential to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals, and faster than you may think. Through my experience, and my own mixed martial arts training and nutrition programs I have developed my own unique style of personal training in central london to achieve and maintain the new you.

I work with individuals and small groups. Working with a friend or partner can really improve motivation in our sessions but also in those weak moments of desire when im not with you!

As a personal trainer I help you to create and stick to a diet and workout plan which is often hard for everyone! Sticking to a diet is tough and as your personal trainer I will help you stay motivated and self disciplined to stick to your plan. Remember its your plan and as a personal trainer I will make sure it is as interesting and enjoyable as possible. You will be surprised. I make it fun.

I can work gym based but prefer the outdoors making use of regents park or hyde park and other great central london sights. Maida Vale, St Johns Wood, Little Venice & Primrose Hill tend to be my most popular areas but basically west london and central London. functional fitness is my speciality. My personal training isn’t the the same old workout. I make it interesting. My varied training I undergo myself as a mixed martial artist keeps my personal training sessions varied and interesting. The London locations i train in are also varied and interesting. Regents Park, Hyde Park and Paddington Rec provide some of the most varied and beautiful locations to train especially in the summer months. The tranquility in the park after a personal trainer workout at sunset is quite amasing as is the sunrise early in the morning. Surprising who you meet there as well!
